format DVD-RW

Hello,

i need help with formating the dvd-rw through imgburn.

 

can you please show me exactly where to click and what to choose, for format my dvd-rw?

If I recall correctly only DVD+RW and BD-RE need formatting

 

Anyway, choose the Write mode (notice the Mode menu), right-click on your burner's name and go to Erase Disc -> Full. Doing this will format the disc if it needs

Is it normal for Imgburn to always do a full format? I can't get it to do a quick format at all...

Please post the log from when that happened (look in ImgBurn's Help menu).
