LIGHTNING UK! Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 Buy media your drive supports or a drive that supports your media. Update ImgBurn too.
da1nsan3onec600 Posted August 10, 2009 Author Posted August 10, 2009 my drive does support dual layer media and i tried all versions of imgburn and i get the same error
mmalves Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000 - this is what LUK meant, and use 2.5.0.0 since we don't offer support for deprecated versions.
da1nsan3onec600 Posted August 10, 2009 Author Posted August 10, 2009 i know and i tried with that version aswell
LIGHTNING UK! Posted August 11, 2009 Posted August 11, 2009 I 22:52:29 Destination Media Type: DVD+R DL (Disc ID: RITEK-S04-66) (Speeds: 2.4x) Your drive doesn't support 'RITEK-S04-66' dye media... buy some DL discs that use a different dye. Using a different version of the program won't fix the problem because it's nothing to do with the program itself, this is an issue between your chosen drive/firmware/media combo. You should just be using 2.5.0.0 because it's the latest and greatest version.
