Elston Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 Hello there, I'm trying to burn some audio files onto a DVD-disc, so I can listen to music on my DVD player. I followed the Audio CD guide and created a CUE, but when attempting to write it to the disc I received this error: "Your image doesn't appear to be the correct format for burning onto a DVD." Does anyone have any advice?
mmalves Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 Most DVD players can play CD Audio, so why not burn it to CD media?
Elston Posted August 12, 2009 Author Posted August 12, 2009 (edited) Unfortunately, I only have DVD's to work with. I could download a different program, but I heard ImgBurn was excellent. I was under the impression it could do audio DVDs. Edited August 12, 2009 by Elston
Elston Posted August 12, 2009 Author Posted August 12, 2009 I used the Write files/folders to disc feature to simply copy the files onto the disc (instead of the option of Write image file to disc) and it worked. It plays in my DVD player, though as I understand this may not work for all DVD players. Mine is a Philips DVP642. Great software you have.
