wont format discs

this is my problem imgburn fails to format my discs here is the log thanks in advance

Try updating your burner's firmware (remove any disc and close the tray before updating then reboot after it's finished).

sorry i downloaded the firmware and got a messag saying sorry not support for this device

Your burner is too old and doesn't support the media you're using. You can try finding old DVD+RW media that your burner supports, or you could get a new burner.
