An I/O error indicates that the firmware/media/burner are not playing nicely together.

 

Since you did not post a log (big hint ) I can only guess that your media may be of lesser quality, or maybe newer, than your burner can handle.

 

SOOooooo...

 

Please post a log because my crystal ball is out for repairs and playing 20 questions, for about the thousanth time, tends to get a little old.

Update ImgBurn and your burner's firmware. You should also leave Verify enabled, or you won't know if the burn was good or not
