minipewi Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 hi my DVD drive is TSSTcorp CDDVDW TS-L632N 0503 (ATA) samsung and when i select +R for my option i get Change For: Drive( For DVD+R Media) Current Setting: Unknown(No way to quer current settings!) New SEttings: DVD-ROM and it was a success. im not sure if this is a problem but when it showed sucess, the new setting went back to "Please Select..." now, this is where i get confused, after I converted and verify using Imgburn, i get a report but it doesnt seem that my booktype changed at all. heres the report, TSSTcorp CDDVDW TS-L632N 0503 (ATA) Current Profile: DVD+R Disc Information: Status: Complete Erasable: No Sessions: 1 Sectors: 2,294,912 Size: 4,699,979,776 bytes Time: 510:00:62 (MM:SS:FF) TOC Information: Session 1... LIGHTNING UK! Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 Physical Format Information (Last Recorded):Disc ID: CMC MAG-M01-00 Book Type: DVD-ROM ... It worked fine. You don't need to touch the booktype stuff, it's handled automatically by the program for your drive.
