Adding files to a CD-RW

Hi ImgBurn Gurus. First some background: I download mp3 files from a radio talk show, burn them to a CD-RW on my ancient PC and then play them in my car because my car radio is capable of playing those types of files from that type of disc. I usually burn about 15 files to the CD every few weeks. The disc holds about 650 MB of data and the 15 files usually total about 20 MB. I'm getting tired of seeing this 20 MB of data burned to the same area of the CD over and over. That section of the CD becomes worn out and the other 630 MB of free space on the CD never gets used.

So here's my question: I'd like to burn the 15 files to the CD and then a few weeks later just add the next batch of 15 files behind it on the CD so that those files cover a new area on the CD. I'd like to continue doing that until the CD fills up and then finally erase it and start over with the next batch. Each batch of 15 files would be in their own folder. So can this be done? Naturally, it would not make any sense to do this if ImgBurn is going to simply take Batch 1 and reburn it to the CD when it burns Batch 2 because I'm trying to avoid having the area of the CD under Batch 1 burned until it's time to erase the disc and reburn it from the start. Am I making any sense here? Hope so. And I hope there's a solution. Thank you.
