mmalves Posted August 14, 2009 Posted August 14, 2009 Your SATA controller is in RAID mode and that's probably what's blocking the commands. Do you need to have it in RAID mode? It would be best if you could use AHCI mode. You should also install Service Pack 2 on your Windows Vista

mmalves Posted August 15, 2009 Posted August 15, 2009 The option to change the mode is in the BIOS, which you can usually access by pressing DEL/F10/maybe other key(s) at the boot screen.
