*** As a note, your site says this error is caused by OLD drives, My drive is actually one of the newest and most common DL Burners on the market.

Your SATA controller is in RAID mode and that's probably what's blocking the commands. Do you need to have it in RAID mode? It would be best if you could use AHCI mode.

 

You should also install Service Pack 2 on your Windows Vista ;)
