I 02:57:40 ImgBurn Version 2.4.2.0 started!

I 02:58:57 Destination Media Type: DVD+R DL (Disc ID: RICOHJPN-D01-67) (Speeds: 2.4x, 4x, 6x, 8x)

I 02:58:57 Write Speed: 2.4x

Update ImgBurn.

You're using low quality media. Try burning at 4x or 6x to see if it works. You might also want to try a lens cleaning disc on that burner. If all that fails then please read this -> http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000

If their burners aren't the exact same model and firmware version of yours then it isn't a fair comparison, is it?
