Trouble making backup copy of XBox 360 game

Hi everyone. I'm new to using ImgBurn, and I've had three coasters so far trying to make a backup copy of an xbox 360 game. Any advice?

Your drive doesn't like the media you're using. Try with Verbatim 2.4x (MKM-001-00 dye) blanks and it should work.
