dsabo10 Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 So i backed up my newly purchased NCAA game and it worked perfect, but i was also trying to backup Madden 10 and when i burned it instead of actually burning the game all that burned was a single screen that had the 360 logo on it and it played like a dvd with fastfoward and everything. Anyone know where i went wrong.
mmalves Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 Post the log of that burn (look in ImgBurn's Help menu).
dsabo10 Posted August 17, 2009 Author Posted August 17, 2009 13:17:17 ImgBurn Version 2.5.0.0 started! I 13:17:17 Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium Edition (6.0, Build 6001 : Service Pack 1) I 13:17:17 Total Physical Memory: 2,025,928 KB - Available: 824,460 KB I 13:17:17 Initialising SPTI... I 13:17:17 Searching for SCSI / ATAPI devices... I 13:17:17 Found 1 DVD
mmalves Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 Use the Verify mode to check that disc against the source image. Without the verify we don't know if it's a good burn or not.
dsabo10 Posted August 17, 2009 Author Posted August 17, 2009 but that wont effect the fact that it aint playing right?
mmalves Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 We need to know if it was a bad burn or not. If it passes verify then the disc is fine and it's your console that needs fixing.
dsabo10 Posted August 17, 2009 Author Posted August 17, 2009 I burned NCAA right before that and it works fine how could that work but not madden?
mmalves Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 Without the verify we still don't know if it was a good burn or not

dsabo10 Posted August 17, 2009 Author Posted August 17, 2009 Here it is with the unsuccessful verify. Any ideas why it aint burning properly? I 11:23:06 ImgBurn Version 2.5.0.0 started! I 11:23:06 Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium Edition (6.0, Build 6002 : Service Pack 2) I 11:23:06 Total Physical Memory: 2,025,928 KB - Available: 1,114,344 KB I 11:23:07 Initialising SPTI... mmalves Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 Try a lens cleaning disc on that drive, and if it doesn't help, you may want to replace that burner or buy an external one.
dsabo10 Posted August 17, 2009 Author Posted August 17, 2009 My other games burned perfectly fine and did it five minutes before i burned this one
