So after unsuccessfully trying to write my files to 4.7gb disks (imgburn says its fits but upon burning it is cut short by about 10 minutes every time) I decided to get dual layer disks. But upon trying to burn I come up with a I/O error. This is the log. Thanks

That fits OK on single-layer media. As for "cutting short" you should look in whichever program is generating the files since ImgBurn burns them as they are (no changes are made).
