What am I doing wrong?

I put log up to see if anyone can help. Why does this have to be soooo difficult? I went out and bought a external dvd burner and hooked it up to my desktop and now I get this. It looks like I'm losing the battle here where you guys can do stuff really easy.

Update ImgBurn.

 

Your USB chipset and USB enclosure aren't playing nice with each other, so search this forum for semaphore timeout to find what you can try in order to solve this problem.
