My Device is Not Ready?

I'm trying to use ImgBurn, but everytime I start the program it gives me this:

I don't know what to do. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

This could be a driver issue.

 

What chipset does your motherboard use? Intel / Nividia etc

 

You should update your installation of Vista to SP2 too.

 

Are you running v2.5.0.0 of ImgBurn? If not, update.
