Problem with formatting a Blu Ray Disk

This is my first time using IMGBurn. I loaded a dvd to Disk and that part worked fine. I now want to Burn a Blu Ray Disc and I have a HD file on my Computer and I was Tring to burn it and it told me I need to Format the new BD-RE and I get this error. I 17:17:04 ImgBurn Version 2.5.0.0 started!

Get some other discs, the drive doesn't appear to like those (or that dye in general).

Thanks for the Info This a New Drive (LG Model BH-08) and it burns DVD+R Great and a New Memorex BD-RE Disc
