Try a lens cleaning disc on that burner. If that doesn't help then you may want to try with the 8x Verbatim blanks, but at this point I would start looking for a new burner

 

Another option would be to force flash of this SC01 firmware, or even crossflash that burner to its real SH-S223Q firmware, but notice that both these options will void your warranty.
