Myuu
is this a problem with the media or the burner?

LIGHTNING UK!
This is a waste of time... 27.I 15:28:18 Write Speed: 1x Your drive only supports burning that dye at the following speeds so it would use 2.4x regardless. 23.I 15:28:18 Destination Media Type: DVD+R DL (Disc ID: RICOHJPN-D01-67) (Speeds: 2,4x; 4x; 6x; 8x) Since 2.4x is obviously failing, try one of the others. Myuu
im used to burn them all at 1x and it already worked on verbs and even on this white-branded, worked for the first time, I guess ill get a new cake and try 4x instead. lightning i have a question for you tho. you or everyone that might be able to answer: Is it really a myth that you can overspeed the burnings? I mean if the Verbs DL support 8x, won't i get errors burning them that fast?
Cynthia
I mean if the Verbs DL support 8x, won't i get errors burning them that fast? Depends on the burner. A good burner should have no issues at 8x or 12x as some burners manages to burn them at.
mmalves
I 15:28:11 ImgBurn Version 2.4.4.0 started! Please read my signature Oh, and you burner may produce better burns at 4x or 6x.
