help with burning

ive been using image burn for awhile for my xbox 360 game back ups but now when i get to about 75% in my burn i get this:

Hi and welcome to the forum, jethockeykid!

 

If you could burn before with that media code - try to clean the laser head with a cleaning disc.

 

The only supported write speed with that combination of media/burner/firmware is 4x.
