mmalves Posted September 12, 2009 Posted September 12, 2009 I 11:05:25 Destination Media Type: DVD+R DL (Disc ID: RITEK-S04-66) (Speeds: 2.4x, 4x)W 11:06:45 Failed to Write Sectors 0 - 31 - Reason: Focus Servo Error W 11:07:24 Failed to Write Sectors 32 - 63 - Reason: Focus Servo Error This is the real error and basically it means the burner doesn't support that media. You could try a lens cleaning disc on that burner to see if it helps, but it would be best if you could use Verbatim 2.4x DVD+R DL blanks.
