I 02:42:10 Destination Media Type: DVD+R (Disc ID: SONY-D21-00) (Speeds: 2.4x, 4x, 6x, 8x)

I 02:42:10 Write Speed: 4x

Try a lens cleaning disc on that drive. You might also want to try burning at 6x, 8x or 2.4x to see if you get a better burn. If after all that it still doesn't work, try with Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden blanks.

I tried the lens cleaning disc, and actually it worked! (though when i use DVD+R it works in a wired way: it burns it and then tells me that it's failed and ask me to reput the disc and burn it again and THEN it works?!) but i guess it's ok :)

thanks alot.

by the way how did u now it's from the lens ?

That's a good burn without any errors. If by error you mean when ImgBurn shows a message asking you to close the tray then that's because it'll verify the disc against the source image to confirm it was a good burn or not.
