RipZz Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 I've been trying to burn a backup now it burns successfully but it freezes on the xbox after 5 minutes of play. I was thinking maybe it was because it was burning at 4x write speed I try to push it to 2x or 2.4x but it always says write speed misconsumption and automatically changes it back to 4x is there anything I can do about this problem? I use memorex Cds
mmalves Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 It seems that the slowest speed your burner supports that media is 4x, and that's why you get the write speed miscompare warning. Please post the log from that burn (look in ImgBurn's Help menu) so that we can see what's going on

If it doesn't work at first then use a lens cleaning disc on that burner and try again. If it still doesn't work then you should read this -> http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000
