Hello, i am new to the whole burning thing, but i know HOW to do this... but for some reason im getting this error message all the time.

 

:::Invalid Adress for write

 

Here is the log, so you dont need to ask.

well, i updated it.. now i get a different error even before it starts.

Sounds as it's time to get a new burner.

 

You might have better luck with the older 2.4x rated Verbatims. I guess your current ones are rated 8x.

I understand Swedish a little....

 

I have that one and it seems to be a nice burner. It's SATA conneced and your old one is PATA/IDE. You do have SATA connectors in the computer?

yeah perhaps, but it is one of few i can actually afford, other models are like twice in price... and i cant spend alot on stuff so i really must find the cheapest option... and unfortunately even if samsung is kind of a joke, its the one i can actually buy. but the question remains, will it work? just an USB connection right?

ya, i have alot of USBs in it atm.. and i just tried some other things except games and it seem DLs just dont work no more -.- so im gonna get a new one. even though its a shitty one, its still a working one.
