kindafishy Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 - Burn an image from a removable drive. - Shut down ImgBurn. - Remove the removable drive. - Start ImgBurn. - Click the browse button when attempting to write another image. - Presented with a windows error dialog that just recycles itself no matter what you click. Renders program unusable. Workaround is to plug an external drive in temporarily (or map something to that drive letter, possibly - not tested)
LIGHTNING UK! Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 This is a windows problem and it doesn't happen for everyone (for instance, I don't get it - I'm running Vista, how about you?). All I get a 'location not available' message with a single 'OK' button on it. Click that and I'm free to interact with the 'Open' dialog box. Perhaps it's due to some shell extension you have installed (as part of another program).
