preview selected cell help

As seen in the image, there are these lines that run across the screen when I click preview selected cell. I've updated the drivers to 190.62 (Nvidia GeForce 7800 GT). I'm thinking it's either the card or the movie itself. I really don't want to blow one of these discs for nothing. I used DVD Decrypter.

You mean the black borders? If so - the video is in wide screen 16:9 format.

That's due to interlacing and should be handled by the player when you play the disc. ImgBurn's previewer doesn't do that.

So if I just burn to the disk, then it should be ok?

Yes, your player(s) will handle the interlacing by themselves
