LIGHTNING UK! Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 Clean the drive and try again. If it still fails, try 4x write speed. If it still fails, try some verbs from a different spindle (made in Singapore if possible). If it still fails, it's time for a new drive. Have you tried putting on the 2.1B firmware from here? http://www.firmwarehq.com/NEC/ND-3500AG/files.html
