maruz Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 (edited) Hi all, I have with me a copy of movie file in *.avi together with a *.idx and a *.sub. I converted the *.avi to a *.VOB. Then? What should go where? It says in the guide that it would be better if I have a VIDEO_TS folder. That is not something that I can get via Right Click > New > Folder right? How can I burn my movie with all the files above? Sorry, I can't search because the search engine does not accept avi, sub, idx, vob and such. Too short they say. Edited September 28, 2009 by maruz
LIGHTNING UK! Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 Convert your AVI using DVD Flick or ConvertXtoDVD. They'll create a proper set of IFO/BUP/VOB files in a VIDEO_TS folder... then you can burn that as per the guide.
maruz Posted September 29, 2009 Author Posted September 29, 2009 Thank you. I have that done. But I didn't manage to get the subtitle to be in. I have both *.sub and *.idx. What I gather around, *.sub is not necessarily a text file. It could be something else since it came with a *.idx. Anybody can help me with this?
LIGHTNING UK! Posted September 29, 2009 Posted September 29, 2009 This isn't an ImgBurn issue, ask conversion ones over at the appropriate forum - i.e. the DVD Flick one. We just don't deal with that stuff here.
