Power Calibration Area Error

I keep getting this error when I try to burn through DVD Flick. I've searched and searched and tried every suggestion I can find. Please help!

Try burning at 8x or 12x. Also try a lens cleaning disc on that burner. If it still doesn't work then try with Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden blanks.
