Cynthia Posted September 29, 2009 Posted September 29, 2009 All your working burns (at least they burned ok) are made at 8x or 12x. The failed one is writing at 18x.

I have no idea how it went to 18x though. As you saw everything was 8 n 12x. I will reset the auto write function again. What do you guys suggest when setting the auto write function? Doing it by disc id or putting the burner to the id as well w/the write speed chosen? Thnx.
Cynthia Posted September 29, 2009 Posted September 29, 2009 It was actually set to I 00:26:00 Write Speed: 24x I have individual speeds for each media code I use set for each burner. Many times the 6x speed gives me the best results with Pioneers.

The 24x was set b4 for some cd burning i did. 1 ? why does the aws feature have speed selection for both the disc id and the burners? if set just to burners no matter what disc it will burn at that speed correct? also i don't think you can just set speeds for the discs id's w/out setting for the corresponding burner correct?
Cynthia Posted September 29, 2009 Posted September 29, 2009 There is a guide in the guides forum that explains it.
