.iso is getting much bigger then the files?

I have copied all the files from a win7 iso. I've removed ONE file, and then I want to make a new iso from this files.

 

When Im done, the iso is 4,38 GB and to large to burn on a DVD-R imgburn tells me.

 

The size of the files are only 2.5 gb.

 

How come?

Post the log or a screenshot of the final 'Information' screen just before it creates the ISO.
