popsje Posted October 1, 2009 Posted October 1, 2009 I'm burning a DL disc using DVD Flick which in turns uses IMG burn to actually burn the disc. IT starts the burning process but then I get an error. Here is the log I 20:55:59 ImgBurn Version 2.4.4.0 started! I 20:55:59 Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium Edition (6.0, Build 6002 : Service Pack 2) I 20:55:59 Total Physical Memory: 3,136,140 KB - Available: 1,599,396 KB I 20:55:59 Initialising SPTI... I 20:55:59 Searching for SCSI / ATAPI devices... I 20:55:59 Found 1 DVD-ROM and 1 DVD
mmalves Posted October 1, 2009 Posted October 1, 2009 After updating the firmware and rebooting the computer, try burning at 6x or 4x. If it still errors out, try a lens cleaning disc on that burner. And by the way, that isn't the latest version of ImgBurn
popsje Posted October 1, 2009 Author Posted October 1, 2009 I'll definitely give that a shot. I just noticed it said version 2.4, thats strange because I updated it yesterday. Guess I'll try it again.
mmalves Posted October 1, 2009 Posted October 1, 2009 You can install the latest version of ImgBurn and manually burn the VIDEO_TS folder generated by DVD Flick (look in our Guides section).
