error when trying to burn 360 games

I am new to this but I have burned previous 360 games using another software but now I am getting errors trying with that same software. I read that imgburn was the best for 360 backups so here I am. I have tried 2 different games and both give me errors any ideas what I am doing wrong

Try a lens cleaning disc on that burner, and if it doesn't help then you should start looking for a new burner to replace the one you have.

thanks for the info, does it matter that it burn wii games with no problem? I will go buy and lens cleaning kit and give it a try.

No, double layer discs are more difficult for it to burn.
