Layer Break problem

Hi,

 

I have just made a copy of the Movie from DVD9 (Double layer). The Burning process was successful.

 

After successful burning i tried to play the movie on TV using my Philips DVD Player (Standalone Player).

 

The problem i am facing is that, when the movie reaches the Layer Break Point it Freezes, and after few minutes it jumps to the next Chapter of the movie, totally skipping one chapter. (Example, The Time Display of the DVD Player shows the Freezing point as 01:17:53 (H:M:S) and after few minutes its shows it as 01:25:05. After that the movie plays fine.

 

Please Help me solve this Layer Break problem.....

Verify that disc against the source image to check if it was a good burn or not.

There's newer firmware available for your burner (remove any disc and close the tray before updating then reboot after it's finished).

Verify your burns

 

Update the firmware on your drive - http://www.firmwarehq.com/download_1260-fi...p37498.exe.html

 

Try cleaning your drive with a cleaning disc.
