How to change volume label when making ISO from DVD

When following this tutorial: http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=6379 you will see the Volume Label is "ImgBurn Rocks!" , which it has read from the source DVD.

 

How do I change that on a DVD I am copying from?

 

I am copying a DVD that was never given a label, so it just says "New".

Once you've read the disc to an image file...

 

Tools -> ISO -> Change Volume Label

I've used that when burning to a DVD.

 

So, when creating an ISO , rather than giving the Volume a Label during the creation process, you apply it after.

No, when you create (via Build mode) an ISO you set the volume label at the same time via one of the tabs.

 

When you use Read mode (Create image file from disc), the volume label is part of that disc and therefore becomes part of the image file, that's why you have to change it via the Tools -> ISO feature.
