Session Fixation Error

"W 19:13:04 Finalise Disc Failed! - Reason: Session Fixation Error - Incomplete Track in Session"

 

I've searched the forums and found others with similar issues and I've seen suggestions such as:

Update your firmware of your Burner

Update ImgBurn

Try different DVDs

Reboot your computer

 

However....if those items have all been done and you still have the problem, what's the next suggestion?

 

I'm using the same 16X Verbatim DVD+R Media I always use. I opened new spindle, just to make sure it wasn't related to the one I was working with.

I've rebooted the PC, Searched for new firmware, etc.

 

It's not consistent. I can burn 10 movies fine, then all the sudden 2 have this problem.

 

Could bad ram cause something like this?

Try a lens cleaning disc on that burner. Also it might be worth looking for the latest driver for the IDE controller that burner is connected to.
