her is my error log. =( i wasted so many dvds. i don't know where to turn to.

You aren't using Verbatim, you're using a RITEK dye there.

 

What message do you see in the status bar when that 'waiting for device to become ready' line appears in the log? Keep an eye on it and make a note of any changes to the message.
