johngal Posted October 11, 2009 Posted October 11, 2009 Hi, I’m having problems with, yes xbox 360 backups. I’m using Verbatims but am getting a lot of failures. (30% ish). Is it possible I’ve just got some bad disks that I need to take back? (Should be an interesting conversation in Maplins that). Below is the log of a failure, if anyone can point to anything that I’m doing wrong, quite likely, that would be great. I should say that when they burn they work fine. Where are those Verbatims made? It's printed on the packaging/box/spindle. It might also be worth trying a lens cleaning disc on that burner.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 11, 2009 Posted October 11, 2009 One of our beta team members had the same problem with some he got from Maplin the other day - they were on sale, right? £20 for 25 or whatever? I believe he was going to send his back too.

Thanks for the replies, John
mmalves Posted October 11, 2009 Posted October 11, 2009 AWS defaults to MAX speed (8x in your case) if you haven't configured it
