mmalves Posted October 13, 2009 Share Posted October 13, 2009 If 4x doesn't work, clean the burner's lens with a cotton bud and some alcohol or with one of those lens cleaning disc kits. You only have to get like 3 of the same type of failures in a row before you just stop 'trying again' and should ask for advice/assistance. At least you didn't do it after 1 as that's pointless. 4x might have worked that time but that doesn't mean it'll continue to work.
