What's the problem? Didn't you see a message from ImgBurn asking you to close the drive's tray for the verify process?

yes I saw it, but why does the cd tray pop open when that message comes up? :\

lol, read the 2nd from last line in the log you posted.

 

The tray pops out AND THEN the message comes up (if it needs to), not the other way around.
