EdtheAminal Posted October 18, 2009 Posted October 18, 2009 This is the Error message I get: Finalise Disc failed devise [0:1:0] Hd dvd writer 1040: EH 25[E:]ATA Reason Session Fixation Error writing Lead out The Log is attached. I know now that these discs aren't worth a salt. I get 1 to work out of every 5 or 6 but it is usually an I/O error not this one. I've had 3 fail this way now. Any ideas anyone? I have the latest firmware and software for this drive. Thank you for your help! EdtheAminal

LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 18, 2009 Posted October 18, 2009 Try one of the other supported write speeds. Try cleaning the drive with a cleaning disc. You have the option of crossflashing the drive to a real LiteOn 20A1H. Read this: http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000 Failng that, buy a drive that likes the 'RITEK-S04-66' dye you're using.
