Trying to burn a Wii iso file to disk.

 

keep getting i/o error message.

It looks to me as if you've already tried and failed to burn that disc, the size is all wrong.

 

Use a new disc.

 

If it *was* a blank one and another one is exactly the same, get some different discs as your drive appears to have a problem with those.
