Error "Failed to send Cue Sheet" - Help Pls

I have an old machine (Win98 SE) that I am trying to get data off. I have used ImgBurn to get several files off the system already without any issues. Then on the last files I needed to get off everything went awry (how typical is that!!) - anyway.... So I get an error message when I try to burn the .iso file to the CD Rom.

Failed to send Cue Sheet

Reason: Current Program Area is Not Empty

I un-installed the imgburn program and re-installed it, re-booted the machine and still got no joy. That is about the limit of my expertise....

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I really need to get these files of the PC.

Thanks

Jim

Hummmmm..... See this is why Computers infuriate me, the CD I was using was new, I actually went and wrote some thing on it on another machine. It worked fine in there and I burned a whole bunch of random files to it. For reference it was a RadioShack CD, I got another new one I had, a Verbatim and it seems to be working?? Why would that be?

Its a really old machine, I couldn't even find the manufacturer of the drive anymore, let alone firmware

So maybe it was just that. Thank you very much though for the help, and very, very quick response. It is so nice to use a forum that does respond that quickly, it is muchly appreciated.
