rb44
Hello, I have burned many DVDs with ImgBurn. However, since a few days, I cannot anymore and I can't really understand why. The only thing I can see is that I have change the manufacturer of the DVDs I am using. Until now I used TDK without any problem. Now I have tried with Maxwell and Sony and nothing works anymore. I constantly get "Cannot Write Medium - Incompatible Format" messages. Can my problem simply be related to the make of the DVDs I use? Just for information, I have paste below the log I get from ImgBurn. Thanks for your help. rb44 I 16:59:39 ImgBurn Version 2.5.0.0 started! LIGHTNING UK!
Update the firmware on the drive and try using a cleaning disc in it. http://www.firmwarehq.com/Lite-On/SOHW-1633S/files.html
