Zanze Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 I plugged in today a new external usb burner so i could burn a few files that my desktop couldn't, i opened up imgburn and have been waiting 20 minutes for my "Logical Unit" to be ready. mmalves Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 It seems there's a communication problem between the computer and the external burner: plug it directly to an USB port (usually in the back of the computer) and don't use an USB hub. If it still doesn't work right then try with another USB 2.0 cable. Is there a disc in the drive? If there is, remove it before plugging the burner.
