DVD not playable

I have been using ImageBurn pretty successfully for a while. Just recently I have ran into a string of issues with the burn not being able to play in the DVD player, I have tried several players and the disc will not load. The disc will however play on my computer. I am using Verbatim disc's and have the most recent version of image burn. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Post the log of one such burn (look in ImgBurn's Help menu).

Try burning at 4x or 6x to see if you get a better burn. You might also want to clean the burner's lens with a cotton bud and some alcohol or using a lens cleaning disc kit.

The first 2 attempts I used 4x and 8x. I'll get the lens cleaned and try another burn.

Reinstalling did nothing, you just got lucky with a drive/firmware/media combo that seems to be having issues.

Yeah, I think you are right. I just tried another back up, and am running into the same issue. I checked to see if there are any driver updates on my burner and I am current. Up until my original post I was not having any issues. Any other suggestions...

Thanks
