Omega Recrium Posted November 4, 2009 Posted November 4, 2009 (edited) Hey guys! Posted here a few days ago with a problem I was having burning on Memorex DVDs, only 2 out of the pack of 15 I bought worked. So I bought some Verbatim 2.4x's off of Amazon, and they showed up today. I was delighted to see the bar reach 100% with no "IO Error". Unfortunately, I now get this message when the disc is finalizing: W 16:21:38 Potential 'WaitImmediateIO' Deferred Error - (50%, 0/3) - No Seek Complete W 16:21:38 Finalise Disc Failed! - Reason: No Seek Complete Any idea what this could be caused by? mmalves Posted November 4, 2009 Posted November 4, 2009 Have you tried burning at 4x? If that doesn't help then try a lens cleaning disc on your burner.

LIGHTNING UK! Posted November 4, 2009 Posted November 4, 2009 Maybe Amazon just have stock of some duff ones at the moment. Where does it say they were made? You could give the 8x ones a go instead (MKM-003-00 dye) but really you shouldn't be having any problems with MKM-001-00. Perhaps the drive is at fault?
