Invalid address for write

I have been getting this error recently. I have never had any issues before, and now its like a hit and miss for my burns. I have included the log below. Any help you can provide would be awesome.

Update your burner's firmware (remove any disc and close the tray before updating then reboot after it's finished) and try burning at 4x or 6x. If it doesn't work then try a lens cleaning disc on that burner. If it still fails then read this -> http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000

Update for you. I updated the firmware and still didn't work. I tried the same file on my other laptop burner with same media and it worked fine. I think I'll try some other media on the burner im having an issue with and see if its the media or the burner. Thanks for all your help
