Reading in other forums I found out that maybe the problem is in my booktype settings but when I try to change them I don't find any AOPEN aettings... ¿what can I do then?

Thank you for your help.

PD: even if the log file its written AOPEN DUW1608/ARR A060 I recently upgraded its firmware to the latest version A080 and tryed it again with the same results.
