Problem Creating Image from Disc

I had just installed a game on to my computer and was going to make an ISO out of it like i normally do in case the disc gets damaged or lost. I had made an ISO out of another disc only a day ago, made no changes to my imgburn software and my computer read, and installed the game perfectly only moments ago. Here is the log:

The disc is a little scratched up around the edges, but nothing serious.
