After burning it opens the drive tray! help any suggestion?

Hi, this is my first time posting here kinda rookie of being a bad one too. Im using a ACER Extensa Laptop with Windows Vista processor. Aslo im using Memorex 8.5gb Dvd+r DL. I tried it for 5 times and 5 blanks dvd's. Here's my log says:

Here's the other message after successfully completed (!) " All attempts to automatically close drive tray have failed" Note: "This is to be expected on laptop style eliminate slimline drives".

Please close it manually and then click Ok to continue.

 

Also i went to set default program IMGBURN program so that every time i make backups it won't turn into winrar or winzip.

Hi and welcome to the forum, noelski08!

 

What's the problem? The burn + verify looks ok.

 

That the tray has to be closed manually happens on slimlinebased drives that fails to take instruction on close the tray.

 

If you don't want the tray to open up after the verify, you can change that in the settings.
